Suspend or Termination of account
If we found any material related to these we will 1st suspend the account and after investigation if you found guilty we will terminate your account with no excuse. Material which will cause service termination of services are
Religious Sites (any type of religious content and uses texts or rituals of religion to ridicule or shock )
Political Content
Music, Songs and Copying of Pirated books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work
Selling and promoting drugs, any type of medicines, alcohol or tobacco products.
Running or promoting Lottery / Gambling Websites.
Hacker focused sites/archives/programs or spreading any type of Viruses
Sites promoting illegal activities
Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s)
Pirated Software/Warez
Broadcast or Streaming of Live Sporting Events or TV Channels (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, ICC Events etc)
Forums and/or websites that distribute or link to warez / pirated / illegal content
File Dump / Mirror Scripts (similar to rapidshare)
Mail Bombers / SPAM Scripts
Proxy Scripts / Anonymity
IRC Scripts / Bots
AutoSurf / PTC / PTS / PPC sites
IP Scanners
Bruteforce Programs / Applications / Scripts
Banner-Ad services (Commercial banner AD rotation)

Refund Policy
We offer no refund if any one use our services for illegal purposes.
There is no refund policy of domain, servers , VPS, Dedicated IPS, & SSL certificates.
We offer refund on hosting , if you are un satisfied and request for refund in 1st 30 days, in this case we offer you 70% money back.
Backup Policy
We offer free offsite backups to all hosting account on monthly basis
We take weekly offsite backups to all business account
HIGH RESOURCE Web Hosting USER POLICY
If any user using 25% of cpu and 25% of ram then it's requested to upgrade their account with in 5 days to avoid suspention.
Inodes file limits for Baisc packages is 30,000 , pro packages 100,000 and business packages have 500,000 of inodes limit.
Emails Account Policy
Basic Packages: 100 Emails per hour.
Pro Packages: 150 Emails per hour.
Business Packages: no limit of Emails per hour.
Important note: Always download emails in outlook express instead of webmail as webmail is a temporarily place for checking emails, data may loss from server whenever issue happen and wemay never take any responsibility for backup of emails.
Unlimited Policy
We count web space & bandwidth in GB.
Unlimited = Fully unlimited
Unlimited* = Limit of 100
Unlimited** = Limit of 300
Unlimited*** = Limit of 2048
Late Fees
We send invoice reminder before 29 days so kindly Pay your invoice as soon as possible before your services get expired, after expiration Late fees will be charged.
Late fee of Domain + Hosting is 10% of your unpaid invoice or minimum 3.99 USD on each invoice & If your domain + Hosting is expired for more than 30 days then additional domain restoration charges + Hosting Charges will be apply which is almost very high.
